Water:

Drinking water is tested daily by the City Maintenance Department and tested twice a month by the state.

Report water line breaks or problems such as rust, smelly water, etc. to the City Maintenance Superintendent.

Sewer:

Sewer backups or related sewer issues should be reported to the City Maintenance Superintendent.

Trees, Branches, etc.:

All trees on your property are your responsibility to maintain.

The tree dump at the SE corner of the Sewer Pond will be open the third Saturday of each month from 8AM to 10AM for you to drop tree cuttings and branches. City Maintenance Department will burn the pile as needed.

Contact City Maintenance Superintendent to make arrangements for a drop time other than the third Saturday.

Snow Removal:

All sidewalks located on your property are your responsibility in clearing off snow and ice.

City Maintenance will clean city streets of snow and ice when necessary.
