Minutes from previous North Osage Club 4-H meetings

July Minutes

On July 2, 2007, the regular monthly meeting of the North Osage 4-H Club was called to order by our junior president Avery Mead at the fair grounds.  Before the meeting began members painted trash cans.  The 4-H pledge was lead by Madison Koger, and the pledge of allegiance was lead by Patrick Moore.  Roll call was answered with “What’s your favorite ice cream” by 7 members.  Patrick Moore, the junior treasurer, gave the treasurer’s report. For the Historian’s report Avery Mead asked if there are any pictures of 4-H er’s helping at Brookside Manner.

Leaders Reports: Peggy Tucker talked about the Relay for Life team, and sent around envelopes to collect donations. Sheri Karr reported that the North Osage 4-H club made $191 at the burger and brat sale. She also said that there was a bill for the 4-H club T-shirts for $95.50. She also announced that we will clean up the fair grounds Saturday, July 21, 2007.

New Business: The Mead family will host a record book meeting if the club decides they want to meet. Madison motioned to pay the bill for 4-H T-shirts and Patrick seconded it.

Announcements: The next meeting will be a Club Tour at 11:00 pm Saturday August 11, 2007 at the fair grounds. We will meet at the Photography/Foods Building.  Madison moved to adjourn the meeting and Bandon seconded it.

The club provided the refreshments.
