Ordinance 37       Authorizing the construction of a sewer system, consisting of main, outfall and laterial sewers, and the construction of a sewage disposal plant for the City of Overbrook, Osage County, KS and providing for the issuance of general obligation bonds in the sum of not exceeding #120,000 to be used with a federal grant and funds to be available from connection charges, to pay the cost of the construction of a sewer system for the City of Overbrook consisting of main outfall and lateral sewers and the construction of a sewage disposal plant, the total cost of said project being approximately $141,974 under the authority of section 12-617 to 12-629 both inclusive and article 1 of chapter 10 of the general statutes of KS for 1949 and all amendments thereto

 

Ordinance 36       Authorizing the construction of a sewer system, consisting of main, outfall and laterial sewers, and the construction of a sewage disposal plant for the City of Overbrook and providing for the issuance of general obligation bonds in the sum of not exceeding #120,000 to be used with a federal grant of $10,328 to pay the cost of the construction of a sewer system consisting of main, outfall and laterial sewers and the construction of a sewage disposal plant, for the City of Overbrook     repealed
