10% late charge if not paid on or before the 20th of the month. Account balances are due in full by the 27th of the month on bills having delinquent balances, or service will be discontinued.
Collection fee $10.00.
A bank deduction plan is available which may be used (Plan is only currently available through First Security Bank and Kansas State Bank). For those enrolled in this service, your bank account number will appear on the bill. Please contact the Water Dept. City of Overbrook if you are not presently enrolled in this plan and would like to have this service.
Rates
The minimum charge per month for the first 1,000 gallons of water is $12.00. Over 1,000 gallons per month is an additional $6.50 per 1,000 gallons used or fraction thereof.
In addition the minimum charge per month for sewer service is $7.50. If water consumption was greater than 1,000 gallons, an additional $2.25 per 1,000 gallons used (or portion thereof) is charged.
