RV sites proposed for Overbrook City Park

 

       The PRIDE Overbrook City Park Committee appeared before the Overbrook City Council with a specific proposal for including RV sites in the park development.  The Council approved the Committee to proceed toward feasibility numbers.  The proposal includes a circle drive serving four pull-through sites with 50-amp electric and water hookups.  The sites are 60 feet long and 30 feet wide, and they will be tucked into a wooded area west of the Overbrook City Lake, with easy access to US56 Highway.  A sewer dump facility will be added in the future near the existing restroom, and an overnight fee of $15 is proposed, with a limit on the length of stay.  Anyone with questions about the city park development can contact Ken Krause at 785-665-7643.
